    Hats Off to Sian Eleri

In today's episode were joined by presenter Sian Eleri, who told us about the time she thwarted a brazen attempt of theft, before helping Hannah and Taylor get to the bottom of a case where the perp was more than banking on success.

Finally, our listener crime leans into the paranormal side of Sian's career, as the writing is well and truly on the wall for one haunted fan, and we also find out why a ghost could appear on a future cold play kiss cam.

    DWSC LIVE: With Brenda Gilhooly

We're back in Watford for part two of a most excellent outing at the Palace Theatre; and joining us on stage is returning detective, Brenda Gilhooly!

Brenda regaled the room with a batch of criminal stories from her time on a notorious estate, at least the thieves were polite.

We then hear about a bunch of 18th Century ne'er do wells who looked a few gift horses in the mouth.

Finally, our 'audience' crime is courtesy of a member of the theatre tech team, who tell us about their meat cute on the ferry back from the Isle of Wight.

    DWSC LIVE: With Robin Ince

We're live at the gorgeous Watford Palace Theatre today and were lucky enough to be joined by the legendary Robin Ince, who told us about the time the water company vandalised his hipster credentials - turns out they've always been criminals.

The team then dig into a case where the film made by Ron Howard is probably the biggest crime of all, but it will also make you think twice before you start that new life in paradise!

Finally, we hear from an audience member, who was victim of a crime in real time, thanks to a misbehaving mic, but we get the gist of the tale and manage to find out if she was indeed the target of an unscrupulous fellow driver.

The Nanny State of It, with Henry Rowley

In our second drop of the week, our guest detective is the hilarious Henry Rowley, who begins by telling us why his wide-eyed charm offensive worked in his favour against some would-be perps.

The team then learn about a case where one particular nanny caused even more mayhem than a dog with loose bowels could manage, before hearing about a listener story where a pickpocket was at least quiet when they committed their criminal act.

    No Sleep for Katie Breathwick

Today we welcome the fantastic broadcaster, podcaster and all round asset to the force, Katie Breathwick to tell us about the time a sleepover turned into a crime scene - and not because Melissa wouldn't shut up!

We're then taken back to San Francisco where we learn about a certain lady who doesn't take the end of romance at all well, as well as hearing from a listener who has a whopper of a crime for our detectives to solve.

    DWSC LIVE: With Laura Checkley

We're live from the Museum of Comedy today and thrilled to finally have the brilliant Laura Checkley on the show, the crime should be how long this took to arrange!

Laura kicks us off by recounting a criminal story for which the trio of perps should prepare their BAFTA acceptance speeches, and where the only real winner was the locksmith.

The team - and audience - then unravel a case which sees a cast of many come out of their shells, while the audience crime could be a classic case of sell de fence (listen to the episode to understand that one).

A Lotta Louvre for Alice Etches

Today's guest is the fantastic comedian Alice Etches who brings a crime tale as middle class as Inspector Morse but nonetheless perturbing.

But we wait with bated breath, as perhaps today is the day we actually solve something in real time on the show, as Hannah presents a case which has enthralled the entire world and even Poirot would have his work cut out with this one, Sacre bleu!

Lastly, our listener crime requires everyone to use their loaves to come to a satisfactory conclusion.

An Orange a Day...with Sophie Craig

It's the second drop of the week and today's guest, actor, singer, and collector of crime stories, Sophie Craig came in to share a modicum of criminal based tales from her own life, while also giving Taylor and Hannah a hand in solving a spellbinding story of witchy endeavours, which is appropriate as we're still in spooky season at the time of release.

And as per usual, this week's listener crime is very much our bag, so please keep them coming in!

A Bit of a Stir, with Kemi Rogers

In today's ep of DWSC, TV and radio presenter Kemi Rogers popped in to tell us about how being victim of a crime led to her first TV appearance, although it could be argued that was the real crime....

This week's case has some parallels to Kemi's own crime when it also resulted in an 'awkward' TV appearance.

Finally, this week's listener story features a perpetrator who lives in the shadows, as most of them do!
