    My guest today is George Siegal. He began his career in front of the camera as a newscaster, sportscaster, and weather caster. He worked in markets from Los Angeles to San Francisco, Seattle, Detroit, and San Antonio, Texas. In addition to his work in front of the camera, George was also a feature reporter and producer. In 2001, he formed J.E.L Productions, a video production company that produces commercials, infomercials, television programs, and documentary films. George is most proud of his latest venture, forming the nonprofit documentary film company Move the World Films, Inc. He wrote, directed, and produced the award-winning  documentary films The Last House Standing and License to Parent. Today we're talking about how to plan for natural disasters and what you can do today to make sure you're as prepared as possible if disaster strikes.

    My guests today are Dr. Durka and Suthan Naganayagam. They created Niki's Natural Wipes after experiencing diaper rashes and irritations with their first son, Niki. With backgrounds in healthcare science and technology, they spent many long nights researching organic substances that might be able to moisturize, soothe, and prevent bacterial infections from effecting their son. After months of testing, they stumbled on a unique combination of organic ingredients that when applied to baby wipes led to Niki never experiencing another diaper rash.

    Niki's was created out of the desperation of two parents, wanting to alleviate the pain that their newborn infant was suffering from with a natural solution. Breaking from tradition, Hilary has developed a beekeeping business that does not rely on honey sales or pollination services for their economic success. Instead, Girl Next Door Honey focuses on bee centric programs, such as natural beekeeping classes, apiary management, classroom presentations, beehive tours, live bee removal, and more. She believes that a sense of community and joining forces are the only ways forward to act upon the biggest challenges that we are facing today. She has also been a 30 under 30 Forbes "movers and shakers" 2020 nominee. Today we are talking about what the Rainforest Alliance is, what their mission is, and how we can all do our part to protect the environment.
