In our third and final team preview episode of, Dyl, Brett & Mick forecasted the fortunes of Port Adelaide, Richmond, St Kilda, Sydney, West Coast & the Western Bulldogs. In this episode, Dyl only calls Travis Boak by his last name, a West Coast forward is "cute", Dean Cox has a new nickname, Brett takes his daughters basketball too seriously, Mick has a frog in his throat and much, much more!

YESSS FAM Welcome to the Dyl & Friends Coaches Month!!!

Thanks to our great friends at Tackle Your Feelings, we are bringing you an episode with a legendary AFL coach every Monday in the month of March. First up - Western Bulldogs' coach Luke Beveridge.

Luke Beveridge is the Western Bulldogs’ longest-serving senior coach. Appointed as the Bulldogs’ head coach in 2015, Bevo quickly transformed the club, guiding them to an unforgettable 2016 premiership—their first since 1954. His leadership earned him back-to-back AFL Coaches Association Coach of the Year awards in 2015 and 2016.

Known for his insane footy knowledge, passion, and ability to inspire, Bevo continues to shape the Bulldogs’ identity. Today, we talk about his early years of playing, covering some of the toughest pre-seasons he has experienced and some intense games he was a part of. We talk through his early coaching days & the rise to becoming the Doggies senior coach. Bevo lets us in on his secrets behind preparation, the 2015/16 Grand Final run & heaps more.

You spoke and we listened!!! This week on Dyl & Friends we have 3 x All Australian and former captain of the Port Adelaide Football Club, Travis Boak.

Travis is about to enter his 19th AFL season with 371 games under his belt (set to enter the top 10 of all time in 2025). Today, we chat about Trav's journey at Port Adelaide, whether or not he ever considered heading anywhere else & his time as captain. Travis lets us in on how he stays mentally and physically fit both in and out of the season, touching on his training with Red Bull and his performance coach, Nam Baldwin. We also talk through goals for the year and his plans for the upcoming season.
