Their latest project is bringing yoga inside the walls of prisons - one in particular is a maximum security prison, and changing the lives of those incarcerated, perhaps one of the biggest changes some of these men have ever experienced or known. It begs the question; if those behind bars had the opportunity or exposure to this practice in early years, would their lives have ended up differently?
