You know when something refuses to leave and just comes back in other forms well this is today's conversation.

When I sat and started to really explore what this meant I can see why it kept hanging around once I accepted it as something that was in my heart I could see it everywhere.

There is a mass movement happening right now and it's a powerful one.

What does it mean to be a spiritual leader in a corporate environment……..

Firstly what does it mean to be a spiritual leader?

I am going to be really specific for the context of this conversation.

Someone who has followed their intuition and immersed themself into a healing or coaching or spiritual practice so much so that they left their career or began a career in the healing arts - spiritual world

I know this is a wide casting net and I know that coaching is not strictly spiritual in nature. However this is the group of people I am referring to.

There has been an awakening of some level at some point that led you to a time of self discovery and connection.

It was amazing, your life shifted. Your perspective changed and the world opened up and you jumped in. Perhaps you have your own business or you are part of a community. You have invested in education and you have learned SoOOOOOOOO much.

You love the business that you were creating or have been in for a while and over the last few years - yes this is not a whim - you have either gone to or back or contemplated returning to work for someone else. Including the corporate world that you left

Why is this a hot topic of conversation?

As I said, it is layered.

Yesterday a solar eclipse closed out an eclipse pairing and opened a potent space for new beginnings

They are always in cycle supporting us to look for the dynamic and continuing aspect of self.

They can feel different and they can create a collapse and rebirth in short spaces of time.

Relationships can break down, ideas lose momentum, energies feel heavy and confusing, people leave the planet and revelations are exposed.

While we don't know exactly what will happen, I know when we dive into things coming out of the blue, an eclipse is happening or happening.

These energies play in the shadows of clearing paths back into the light.

They are potent.

The biggest blocks to your dreams, your growth and your leadership is believing that your dreams have an end point.

You approach them from where you are right now and decide if you have the time, energy and resources to bring them a reality.

You think of them as being this neat box with all the trimmings and while you know them inside out, you place the version of you now in the position of the dream when it is done and see all the reasons why it won't work, so you either make it smaller or your delay it with some other reason.

The truth is your dreams are a beginning not an end.

The version of you that is HERE is not the version of you that will be THERE when THERE occurs.

Once you dance with your dreams from this place then your heart goes from great to AMAZING.

This is the tipping point that shifts you from the dreamer to the leader.

That is the main reason why I created Dare to Dream.

I was over watching incredibly talented women circling their desires and dreams and not actually taking that moment.

Not because they were scared or didn't know what to do but because they wanted the THERE and the HERE to be the same thing.

I have done this myself and I know how annoying and frustrating this feels. Questioning the validity of the dream, the timing and the stories that I could come up with. I laugh now but talk about annoying.

The times the dream is diluted as you pull back to the 'normal' (here) and avoid the THERE and when you shimmy to the right so that you avoid that feeling of not belonging.

It can look like this:

• Adding your dream into the pile with everyone else while telling yourself you will get time when everyone else has been taken care of
• Reworking the dream in your mind over and over and then decide its just not the right time
• Reworking your dream so that people around you will 'get it'

The truth about moving from here to there is that you MUST follow the dream as it is asking you to expand what is possible not align with what is here already.

Now things are getting exciting........

Today is said to be THE MOST POTENT portal of 2025.

9/9/2025 - and because 2025 adds up to 9 it is a triple portal.

There are energy portals every month - 1/1 2/2 3.3 etc etc so the existence of portals is not the conversation. There is also the wheel of the year and each time the wheel turns it is asking you to pay attention.

You know that you are divinely energetic in nature and that you create your reality and that we as humans are connected and even entangled on an energetic level until you consciously untangle yourself and decide for yourself.

So these portals are loads of BS or should you be paying attention?

Yes and No

If you use anything like a crystal ball or have a saviour mentality or you are living in your victim hangover from your old conditioning - then ANYTHING that you are connecting to will be superficial. NONE of the energetics can save you, none of them can magically change your circumstances.

In this episode I share how to work with the energy of the 9/9/9 so that you can access and activate the magic that is available to you today and everyday after that.

EMBODIMENT EXERCISE:

9/9/9 is rare and so are you.

Find some space - mentally, physically and emotionally and without expectation or reservation - start to remember the attributes of your Visionary Self and let the energy that does not resonate with that dissipate.

Allow your WHOLE body to remember and then add onto and allow the potency of this portal to guide that aspect of you and allow it to open up more possibilities of prosperity and grace for you.

Here is something I want your heart to feel, wherever you are today is not where you have to be tomorrow. YOu are always becoming and each moment you allow more of what you want in and less of what you don't want that aspect of you will start to dominate your energy,

Devote yourself to you not the portal

Yes you are in a new paradigm and yes that means that what has worked before is not going to work now and it also means there are many things you will be faced with that you have not done before.

The truth the most of your life exists in the non physical

Your thoughts

Your feelings

Your imagination

Your dreams

They are all parts of you that are creating from a point of nothing actually exists yet…..

So what role does delusion play in building your dreams?

Can you create and live your dreams without delusion?

Meaning a leap of faith

Trust in the unknown

Following your gut guidance or intuition?

It did and does require a side of delusion because that is the only way that dreams come true.

It does mean you must activate and connect with a part of you that is new and bold and bright and let's be honest a little scary. She knows her power and she goes after what she wants and she is VISIONARY!!!

I really want to sit in this for a moment.

Visionary is not the BEST IDEA OLYMPICS it is access the frequency of what your dream is asking you to create olympics

You are not that frequency yet otherwise your dream would already be a reality.

Remember the BE in NE DO HAVE - your visionary leader is the Queen BEE in that BE relationship.

The fact is unless you are prepared to access and trust your delusion then the dream sits on the shelf.

The truth is without delusion the world stays the way it is and that breaks my heart and my soul

Towards the end of last year I began to feel itchy.

In all ways that word works, that was what I was feeling.

It was the internal itch that was bothering me the most.

This itchy experience is not new for me, it is actually one of my SIGNS.

A sign that I am out of alignment.

More specifically I was ready, being invited, on track for a new alignment.

That distinction is important. I think we hold on too long and let go after its already gone. Alignment is always ahead of the game.

When the ITCH starts with me, its my skin, my scalp and my stomach. The triple S if you will.

The stomach is where it really gets me because its not just my external skin it is my internal skin. I feel nauseous and I can't sit still.

The enquiry and work on this floored me.

It was for a shift I didn't see coming and resisted.

That's never a good idea........

When I reflect on the time I was feeling disconnected from many aspects of my life. I was struggling to see connections for my work and my life. It was a very confusing, frustrating and lonely time.

I was in a loop and I couldn't find the off ramp.

Fast forward.........

What happens next?

I could agrue it always has been as that is the point of being a leader.

One of the biggest for the leader today is knowing that they are in environments that are looking for change and impact.

For a long time well meaning, highly talented women have done great work in spaces that want neither. Times have changed.

The question is: Are you ready to BE THAT LEADER?

Not a question to be taken lightly.

Recently I have been sharing here what does it mean to be exceptional.......

If you consider yourself a leader then you really are someone who has a bigger dream about what you want to see shift and change in this lifetime. These dreams are not the same as when you were in your 20's and 30's, they have a different resonance.

One thing you need to accept is that if you are a leader then you are creating a movement……

I have said this before.

Over the last couple of weeks I have been face to face with some truly remarkable people and places.

Walking with people who are in pain and others who are thriving - mostly however people who really want to make this identity shift and really embody this new level version of themselves. They are feeling stuck, unlimberation, overthinking and feel like they are mountains away from their deepest desires.

At the heart of change is who are you being and what is the identity that you are embodying fully? That is what is holding them back.

Without full embodiment then this game between where you are and that version of you and the version you want to create will feel like you are in an ongoing round of tug of war.

It sucks

So why does it feel so challenging to make that shift?
