Most of us are wasting our energy on so many things, and now is the time to do something about it and set yourself up for success later in life. Whether you’re in your 20s, 30s, or even your 40s or 50s, these tips will help you get rid of negative energy and start living the life you want to live. 

    In general, our 20s are a time for experimentation and our 30s are about settling in – but this doesn’t have to be the case. There is no reason to stop experimenting in your 30s if you want to try something new, and you can and should introduce some stability in your 20s.
