This book analyzes the housing crisis of 2007, and looks in detail at the lead up to this crash, revealing new information about the housing market, that we never had before now. Spoiler: the housing crash was not just to do with sub-prime mortgages. It discusses the aftermath of this crash, including the birth of the wall street landlord, and what the future might hold for those who are unable to buy their own home.
