Team Machete! conclude the 2018 challenge and introduce their challenge for 2019.
Elements of the challenge:
1. Largest increase in combined bicep circumference reltative to Day 1 size (% increase).
2. Total time hanging from a pullup bar with 4, 3 and 2 fingers from each hand. 5 minute break between each set. Longest total time wins.
3. 5 gallon bucket farmer's carry for distance. Bucket weight will be some percent of each person's body weight. Arms must hang at your side (can't curl the bucket up to manipulate your grip). Longest distance wins.
4. Fastest 100 yard dash. Head to head to head race.
Any ties will be resolved by the fastest time through the Team Machete! Gauntlet.
