She did her best to navigate it but it eventually ended and she found herself getting excited for a new relationship. When that failed, she took that period of her life and turned it into art, helping her process the ups and downs of the journey.

This is Love Hurts. Carly Ann Filbin is a writer and storyteller living in Brooklyn. Carly had an experience with love at a young age that’s stayed with her into adulthood. This is Love Hurts. Jude Treder-Wolff is a storyteller and performer living on Long Island. When Jude was in her early 20s, she had a whirlwind romance with a man from Australia while he was on vacation in the US. What was supposed to be a month-long fling turned into Jude traveling across the world to be with him, only to realize the initial spark they had didn’t hold up once things became real.

This is Love Hurts. Hannah Platt is a comedian living in Manchester, England. When Hannah was first getting into comedy she got offered a gig at a cricket club. What already felt outside her comfort zone turned into a nightmare scenario, but she kept doing comedy out of the love for it and eventually found her audience at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.

Since then, she’s continued to juggle living her life doing comedy, working, and looking for love, all while becoming a voice that spreads awareness for PMDD, even as her own symptoms have gotten worse.

This is Love Hurts. Bess Stillman is a doctor and storyteller living in Arizona. Bess spent the majority of her adult life with her husband Jake, but right as they were ready to start a new chapter in their lives together he was diagnosed with cancer. Bess and Jake worked together to battle the cancer and find a path together while trying to start a family, only to lose Jake so close to the birth of their daughter.
