    Heal Your Energy.

When you are in a funk or experiencing a difficult time, opening your mind to new experiences and activities is so important to getting through. We expanded our minds by partnering up with our good friend Liz Hagan.

Disclaimer-- we are entering into some uncharted waters. If you grew up in a household that didn’t allow you to read Harry Potter, didn’t let you watch Disney movies, or if participating in yoga was a satanic practice this may feel outside of your comfort zone.

Let's talk about energy healing, Reiki, and the power of our intentions.

013 Living Your Best Life with Anna Wickham
Anna Wickham is an amazing life purpose coach. We had the opportunity to hear her story and how she helps people find the work that is their life purpose. At the end of 2017, she became inspired to finally officially do the work that she was put on earth to do: to help others reject mediocrity and the status quo while embracing a adventurous, fulfilled, balanced, content, and passionate life and career. “Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. We ask ourselves, 'Who am I to be brilliant, gorgeous, talented, fabulous?' Actually, who are you not to be? - Marianne Williamson

    011: Mental Health Part Two
Our goal is to bring awareness to two sides of mental health. To open up the conversation and to seek further understanding. To show others that they are not alone and to prove that the most unsuspecting people can suffer. Things to keep in mind when dealing with someone who has a mental health issue: - Learn to differentiate when the person you know is speaking and when their illness is speaking. - Protect yourself and give distance when necessary. - Always remember the good and stay cautious of the bad. - Do not throw their illness in their face and shame them. - Understand that you cannot control the actions of others. You can only control your own and you are not at fault for the actions of others.
