With Ringo Starr's second All Star Band tour a rousing success the world over, and new music aplenty, the 90s seemed poised to offer the biggest excitement of post-Beatles activity yet - and the best was only to come...

It's July 1992 and Ringo Starr is touring Europe with his All Starr Band! Ringo's successful second world tour brought the band to Montreux, Berlin, Brescia and back again - bringing with it a continued barrage of warm reviews and excited fans across Europe. Plus, Paul's back in the studio breaking promises, Anthology plans take shape and more as the summer of '92 rolls on! 

Summer 1992 is here and Ringo Starr is back on the road with his All Starr Band! This second installment of Ringo's successful tour formula (as evidenced in the triumphant 1989 version) includes familiar faces Joe Walsh and Nils Lofgren, plus new sounds from Todd Rundgren, Dave Edmunds, Timothy B. Schmit, Burton Cummings, Tim Cappello, and a very special guest on drums, Ringo's son Zak Starkey! From Holmdel to Kansas and onward to Liverpool and Europe, this collection of musical legends once again celebrate The Beatles and solo hits Starr is known for - plus live cuts from the new Time Takes Time album. As the All Starrs hit the road to conquer it once more, Paul McCartney's new LP was taking shape... 

With Ringo Starr's new LP Time Takes Time receiving some of the most favorable reaction since Ringo's mid-70's efforts, all was well in June of 1992. SO well, in fact, that another ALL STARR BAND tour was planned and underway, this time sporting some new music from a new LP - a first for Ringo. As an all-new cast of All-Starrs set their sights on New York, Paul McCartney celebrated birthday #50 with a planned new release of his own, which he and the band continued to hone and refine...
