🎃🎃 SPOOKY SEASON KICKS OFF! 🎃🎃

The annual October Horror-athon is off to a little late start this year, but we are kicking it off with a bang. Konner Kern, valuable member of the Film Friends community, joins the show this week. We talk about Konner’s love of movies and his goal to see every movie ever made… ever. Konner may be the youngest guest this show has ever had, but his love for movies is fantastic! We then dive into the hotly anticipated new release horror flick, Other Mommy. Was it worth the wait? SPOILER ALERT! No!

Konner can be found on Letterboxd at @konnerkern.

Work. Life. Vacation. Technical Difficulties. COVID. They try to hold us down, but we claw our way out eventually. Finally this much delayed episode is hitting the feed. What a journey. Delighted to have Monaya Hustoft on to show to chat about her life and where her love of movies comes from and how that catapulted her into the ranks of the State Theater regulars. We then dive into the latest from Jane Schoenbrun, Teenage Sex and Death at Camp Miasma.

But wait! There’s more! This is a DOUBLE EPISODE!!! I am also joined by Jameson Pfeifle and DeeDee Collins for a conversation about the smash hit that almost never saw the light of day, Coyote Vs. Acme!
