So many of us live, work and play by the coast because it’s a pretty special space that offers us so much. But sometimes the things we do have a negative consequences for the environment. When this happens it’s up to all of us to speak up and act for positive change. But how do you raise awareness for important coastal and environmental issues, how do you make a positive difference on the coast. What kind of crazy future do we have in store? Fusion Power? Maybe. Flying Cars? Hopefully. Mayo win the All-Ireland again? Definitely! For sure, Ireland in the year 2100 will be very different from the country we live in now. It's fun to speculate about the advances in technology and the changes in the world the future will bring but it remains really difficult to forecast the changes 20 year down the road let alone those more than 80 years hence. There are, however, some things we can be pretty sure about - thanks to 150 years of global temperature record keeping - the world will be a warmer place.
