The "Major & Minor Icks" Episode

After weeks of back-to-back bangers with some phenomenal guests, this week FK & Jola are alone on the couch. The episode starts with a recap of their enjoyment-filled Easter weekend (up Jesus), which leads into an interesting conversation on the importance of excellence and innovation in faith-based endeavours - from books to businesses.

They then have a conversation about the very real dangers women face on the internet as a result of the lack of regulation around AI usage, especially with the proliferation of deepfakes being used for sexual harassment and slander. The dilemmas this week were a doozy! From a relationship that might have been held together by sex, to navigating friendships as you grow, cohabiting with zero boundaries and long-distance relationships that suddenly start to look appealing for the wrong reasons - there’s a lot to unpack.

They round things off with a heated list of icks and as always, it’s chaotic, honest and very funny. Enjoy!

The "Enter With Your Change" Episode ft. Christiana & Omolara

This week’s episode takes us on a journey — no, really, we’re joined by Christina and Omolara, who are a bus driver & conductor duo in the city of Lagos. These up-and-doing ladies have done everything from fashion design and trading to selling bush meat, and are now in the transportation business. They take us through what it’s like plying Lagos roads as women, the passengers, heavy taxes and circumstances they have to deal with on a daily basis, while also being mothers and breadwinners for their families. We also discuss the horrendous situation affecting women in Ozoro currently and the worsening safety conditions women have to deal with in Nigeria.

The "Neither Hair nor There" Episode ft Feyi Bello & L’Oréal Professionnel

In honor of Mother’s Day and The Good Hair Day (a day we made up because this episode is brought to you by our friends at L’Oréal Professionnel Paris 🤭), we bring to you a rocking episode from the studios of The Married & Unmarried.

This week’s episode features our favorite thing: Women! Feyi Bello rejoins us to talk about women, our potential millions, our hair care and motherhood. She takes us through the journey of motherhood, post partum expression and maintaining her individuality after becoming a mother.

We also talk about body dysmorphia, loving your body at every stage of your life, caring for every part of yourself (because sometimes we forget our hair while caring for our wigs), and settling down for marriage but not settling for just anything. Our faves at L’Oréal Professionnel also made this a fun episode because we have a joint giveaway coming up this week and you get to win not just products but for online shoppers, also a free salon consultation!

Make sure you stay locked in to our socials to find out how you can win!

The "High Agency Rebel" Episode ft. Mimi Abudu

This week’s episode is what the kids like to call a “deep cut”. It’s 3 hours with the one and only Mimi Abudu (yes, the same Abudu you know). We dive into the conversation of being whimsical just for the plot, gems on building real confidence and trust in yourself/your gut. She also talks about knowing when it’s time to pivot, what to avoid when making big life changes, and how to be a successful rebel as you create the life you truly want. We also get into some deeply unserious and quite serious dilemmas about a financially cursed husband and an infidelity-cursed husband — there’s a pattern, it seems. We hope you enjoy!

The "Demure Waitress and Celebrity Waitress" Episode

This week, we’re joined by Dami a.k.a Celebrity Waitress & Eunice a.k.a Demure Waitress, who are nightlife/club waitresses in Nigeria! They take us behind the scenes of what it’s like to work at a popular Lagos club, and everything you didn’t expect while working a 9-5 (we mean 9pm to 5am). From getting huge tips in foreign currency to getting slapped by club-goers 😭. We got the inside scoop on working in the service industry and people’s perceptions of women working in Nightlife, especially in Lagos. We also helped out with some deeply unserious dilemmas concerning morning or nighttime sex (pick your fighter), feeling irritated that your partner got scammed out of 3 million and feeling left out of a friendship even though you communicate consistently. Enjoy!

    The "Biggest Fan" Episode

This week’s episode is what we like to call a meandering banger. We can’t explain how we started the conversation from the idolization of religious leaders and ended up at sexual grief (you’ll get it when you listen). We also talked about our thoughts from the last episode and some of your opinions on our lovely co-wives. Most importantly, we spoke about what we’d do if we won the lottery, because who doesn’t love a bit of delusion? We’re also pleased to say we had not 1 or 2, but 3 unsafe spaces in this episode (it’s back, baby!), and you just have to listen to find out what they are. Enjoy!!!

The "One Love" Episode ft. Feranmi and Esther

Welcome to the inaugural episode of The Real Co-wives of Lagos City! Our first guests of the season are co-wives, married to the same husband and living in the same household. What happens when your husband brings you a (pregnant) co-wife? We get into what it’s really like in a polygamous household and how it even began in the first place. We also learn how our co-wives manage tensions, children, sharing one man, and their personal relationship dynamics. We start off the episode with some really juicy dilemmas about marriage, but only under the conditions of relocation, dating as a plus-size woman and deciding to get married (or not) if you’re really broke. Enjoy!

    The "Whimsical Welcome Back" Episode

You know what rhymes with 2026? ISWIS! We’re back with a bang for season 8! In the first episode of the year, we discuss whether New Year's resolutions are in or out, and somehow we end up complaining about the Nigerian experience (as usual). We talk about our super fun holidays and the need to add more whimsy and enjoyment in life — maybe that’s our actual New Year's resolution. We also discuss the need to reduce pleasantries or niceties and actually chat with people to find out how they’re really doing. And of course, the 2026 dilemmas are really juicy! When will you guys actually change? We get into dating siblings, using someone to secure a visa, feeling jealous towards someone else’s success and the possibility of your parent cheating on their spouse! We’re really looking forward to doing 2026 with you, and we have so much planned, so enjoy!

    The "Feliz Credit Alert" Episode

Ladies & Gents, welcome to our last episode of season 7. We’ve had such a fantastic run with you all yet again, and this season ends on a high note. We discussed all the fun activities we’re getting up to this month, and how our year has truly felt from January to December. This led us to reflect on the areas we want to improve in 2026, including supporting our friends with their children. We talked about becoming better support groups for parents, getting married SOON so we can receive free transfer (wife privileges), and some really juicy dilemmas about loving someone even though they’re cheating and your partner hating your weight gain (crazy). But we’re so thankful to all of you and all the brands who worked with us this year. See you in a bigger and badder place come 2026. We love you!

We also wanted to let guys know we’ll be going to see J Hus at Music City Central, and you should get your tickets right hurrr! https://url-shortener.me/2MDO

The "Let's Make A Group" Episode

What time is it? Christmas time, so it’s our vacation! Just kidding, we might have one or two more fun releases for you guys before the end of the year. It’s just us in the studio this week, and we talk about our December plans (we can’t wait to leave Lagos, of course)… It’s also an intense & thought-provoking episode in which we discuss the erosion of real community, friendship, and communal life. We also discuss how impossible it is to solve our societal (and national) issues because of government irresponsibility, rather than individual apathy. We wrap up the episode with some truly interesting (derogatory) dilemmas: thinking your partner is razz & uncultured, and having a friend who secretly hates you. By the way, we also wanted to let guys know we’ll be going to see J Hus at Music City Central, and you should get your tickets right hurrr! https://url-shortener.me/2MDO
