Todd and Rob are back with the first new episode of 2026. In this one, the boys talk about the college football playoff, turning the page and moving on from the JMU-Indiana connection, and look ahead to a few spring sports. They wrap things up by talking about the transfer portal and how Bill Napier has positioned JMU football heading into spring ball.
It's that crazy time of year in between Christmas and NYE, so Todd and Rob welcome a few friends on the show to look back at the the Chesney and Cignetti years. Then they discuss the growing JMU brand before finally discussing some of their favorite music, books, and TV shows of 2025.
In this episode the guys discuss JMU's loss to Oregon in the College Football Playoff. While disappointed that the Dukes couldn't pull off the upset, they talk about how incredibly grateful they are for the run and the progress JMU football has made.

After only four years of FBS football, the JMU Dukes have a first round game in the College Football Playoff against Oregon. In this episode the guys attempt to process this fact. Then they go back and forth between calling their shot and predicting the biggest upset of the CFP era and rationalizing a moral victory.

What a time to be alive. In this episode, Todd and Rob attempt to process all that has happened in the world of JMU football in the past week. They discuss the Dukes big win over Troy in the Sun Belt Championship game, the all conference award winners, the hiring of new head coach Billy Napier, and a little thing called the College Football Playoff that the Dukes EARNED a bid to.
The inevitable has happened. Bob Chesney is moving on to UCLA and the boys react to the big news. But the Dukes also have a Sun Belt Championship game at home and a chance to make history. College football is a mess, but it's still great

Todd and Rob recap the Dukes' exciting win over Wazzu and attempt to come to grips with the fact that the CFP committee is seemingly determined to launch the AAC into the playoff. Then they look ahead to the regular season finale at Coastal.
Todd and Rob are back and ready to ramble incessantly about the blowout win over App State. They talk about the offense hitting on all cylinders, another lights out performance from the D, and Duke Dog shaving some dude's head. Then they discuss the CFP and prepare for JMU to get screwed.
In this episode, Todd and Rob talk about how amazing it is for JMU Football to be ranked for the 3rd time in their 4 years of FBS existence. They also dive into the Dukes' win on the road against Marshall and discuss how winning despite clearly not having their "A" game is such a big deal. Then they look ahead to App State and the CFP, while attempting to convince themselves to not look too far ahead.
Take 2, after mysteriously re-publishing an old episode. Anyway, the guys chat about Fall sports, touch on both hoops team's opening games, and then dive into a discussion about JMU and the College Football Playoff. JMU definitely has a chance to make it, but they're just trying to enjoy the ride and stay focused on the games.
