I've got more in common with Star-Lord (the character from the "Guardians of the Galaxy" movies) than I should probably admit…

OK, so I don't have a laser blaster… or a spaceship (yet!).

But like him, I definitely didn't look like the guy to bet on at the start…

Hal Elrod shouldn't be alive.

It's the time of year when folks are getting excited about the goals they want to hit next year. And while having goals is awesome…

When you set a goal that feels really big, it can drain the energy out of you – the finish line seems so far away… a little too out of reach.

But before you start setting your sights on lower, more "realistic" targets, here's something I've noticed…
