    Joe Mantegna #3

Joe Mantegna says I probably know him better than any human after today's talk. So that means you know him better than most too (if you also caught our first two talks on Really Famous). The iconic actor opens up about his personal life, family, marriage, famous friends, regrets, business ventures and incredibly good perspective on life. We hit everything from Al Pacino and Diane Keaton to Fat Tony (The Simpsons), what Tom Hanks taught him on Bosom Buddies, and what you may be surprised to find out. It's Joe, the real deal.

    Steve Zahn from London!

I break a couple of hard fast rules of mine for Steve Zahn because it's his 3rd time on the podcast and we're in a groove. And he's in London. Also, I'm obsessed with season one of The White Lotus and must discuss it with him, as well as share my honest thoughts on where the series went from there.

Find out which rules I broke and why Sean Penn comes up twice in this talk.

Then go find Steve's new film, SHE DANCES, starring Steve and his daugher Audrey Zahn. Steve wrote it with his creative partner Rick Gomez and it also stars Steve's friend Ethan Hawke. It was recently at the Tribeca Film Festival and it's a beautiful film.

    Tim Daly #7

That's right, 7. It's Tim Daly's 7th time on Really Famous, but it's our 1st time doing it in Los Angeles instead of New York. So it's different. Oh and also, Tim is married now. To Téa Leoni, who played his wife on the popular TV series Madam Secretary. Today, like always, Tim Daly doesn't holds back with me. At this point, it's two friends getting together, where the beans are spilled every time. Tim, who's also known for Wings, The Sopranos, Private Practice and the new Netflix series Leanne, opens up about marrying Téa Leoni, their secret wedding, their even more secret honeymoon and the marriage pact they made together. Plus Tim reflects on his mother's alcoholism and his surprising story of resilience, his regrets about what he told his children about divorce, and how gratitude and perspective are a key part of his life. Listen here or watch on YouTube if you'd like to see us in action.

    Eric Roberts

Acting icon Eric Roberts spills the tea, clears up rumors about his relationship with his famous sister, Julia Roberts, gets emotional about his daughter, Emma Roberts, and shows why he's so reliant on his wife, Eliza.

You'll see Eric start to tear up and cry when he opens up about his daughter, Emma Roberts, and get uncomfortable when he's asked about something very personal - being abused.

Eric and I talk about women and empowerment and you'll hear Eric say things like "women are nicer to work with because they are more thoughtful …even the bitches" and "show business is cruel and unforgiving."

Eric opens up about his difficult childhood and how he overcame stuttering. Eric tells stories about fame, Sir Lawrence Olivier and what his close friend Christopher Walken taught him about being a celebrity.

Eric also gets emotional about one celebrity's tragic end. And how hard it was to write his memoir, Runaway Train: Or, The Story of My Life So Far.

    Cesar Millan NEW!

I'm back at Cesar Millan's Dog Psychology Center in Southern California for an updated talk with the Dog Whisperer. Well, kind of the Dog Whisperer. That name is part of a legal battle that you'll hear more about right now, as my son Charlie and I set up cameras and voice recorders and hang out with Cesar and his dog pack at the magical place where dogs live the good life.

This is Cesar's 5th time on Really Famous. Almost as many as Tim Daly. But not quite. (More on that soon.)

In today's talk, Cesar opens up about why he went to Will Smith for help. Yep. Will Smith. Cesar also reveals why he and Jada Pinkett Smith have a one-of-a-kind friendship. Cesar talks about who he's dating now, the struggles he's been dealing with lately, and why he'd never repeat the relationship his parents have.

Oh and I ask him about rumors swirling around him – because word on the street is that Cesar Millan is in prison. Or worse.

Next up on Really Famous, amped up with lots of new content for you:

SPIKE LEE! Yep. But it's not the kind of talk you've heard elsewhere. And that's an understatement. Because this time Spike is across the table from me. And so it's NOT what he's used to.

Plus A big talk with Eric Roberts, one of the most prolific actors out there. Of COURSE I ask him about Julia Roberts. And of course he opens up. We also talk about a personal problem that's taken him years of therapy to figure out.

Later this month, you'll hear from someone totally different from anyone who's been on the show. She has a big story to tell. And it involves someone you know.

Tim Daly as well -- a brand new talk we just recorded! -- for the first time in LA instead of New York.

Michael Emerson too. And many more. It's getting exciting over here, friends.

This podcast is also on YouTube, by the way. Which, as it turns out, is now the #1 place where people get their podcasts. Did you know that?!? Surprising, right? AND a ton of people watch podcasts on YouTube podcasts on their TVs. They may be doing something in the background, like cooking or cleaning or catching up on emails, I'm not entirely sure. But it's pretty cool. So if you want to give that a try, head to YouTube.com/ReallyFamous. You'll see a bunch of playlists on my channel, including one that says PODCAST. Click play and boom, you're in.

And you'll see many more videos with my celebs as well. It's a smorgasboard. Take anything you like! And enjoy!

Here's Cesar Millan. Talk to you next week on the podcast. And even sooner on YouTube and my socials if you visit me there.

    Cheers!

    Jon Cryer + an update

Jon Cryer is a candid truthteller and conversationalist! If you saw the new Charlie Sheen Netflix documentary, aka Charlie Sheen, you know what I'm talking about. Hang out with the Pretty in Pink, Two and a Half Men, Supergirl actor and me for a talk filled with inside Hollywood stories about the Brat Pack, Charlie Sheen, Demi Moore and more. Find out who Jon dated, who rejected him, why he almost quit the business and why having a therapist as the host of this show is just perfect.

This talk is from 2024. I'm re-releasing it today because of (1) the doc and (2) there's been wrinkle in my plan to kickoff my lineup of brand-new episodes starting today. It involves hiring a team to help and it not quite running according to plan. These things happen. It's frustrating. But it's life. Gotta fix it and move forward.

The new lineup will indeed kick off soon. Just not today.

So please enjoy Jon Cryer in the meantime.

Coming soon: Many new episodes, including Cesar Millan, Eric Roberts and Kaja Sokola, who testified against Harvey Weinstein in his recent New York City trial.

    Thanks for listening.
