I loved the intro helped me feel confident in saying, "this show is for me." I loved "banish distraction" and later "start loving Monday."
I thought they did a good job of letting me know what was coming in bite-size chunks so I could consume it and think, "OK, but what about???" Then they would give me a little nugget.
Their is a hint of selling going on (Life changing is not something I say often in normal life) but I know the goal is to help sell their Life Focus Planning System, but it wasn't too "Salesy."
Courtney's microphone is just a bit too brite. Applying a small amount of De-esser will help that.
Also you have Stitcher and Google buttons on your site and both of those are gone.

Every ThursdAI, Alex Volkov hosts a panel of experts, ai engineers, data scientists and prompt spellcasters on twitter spaces, as we discuss everything major and important that happened in the world of AI for the past week.
Topics include LLMs, Open source, New capabilities, OpenAI, competitors in AI space, new LLM models, AI art and diffusion aspects and much more.

You are going DEEP into AI, so you have found your niche, and those who want a deep dive have found a home.
The housekeeping didn't seem necessary (or could've been shortened) as you just introduced the guests, which you then did again. The music at the beginning of the show is too long. Have someone explain what the show is about and the topics for the episode.
Your domain needs explaining which will drive you nuts years from now, "No it's thursdai not thursday" so buy both domains and point them at your website.
I found it odd that you would make a guest wait an hour to be interviewed.

Good chemistry, and you used a domain to point at your "better than nothing" website.
You've got a plosive issue, and when your show name has two P's you need to fix that. The witty banter went on too long, and you have a ton of "music for the sake of nothing." The biggest thing I would say is get to the topic, then throw in stories as you talk about editing. I wanted to hear this but you seemed a bit focused on being entertaining in a "Local programming television morning show" way. Oh Trevor you rascal! Just get to the content and inject yourself into the content with stories that help make a point.

You started when many people never do.
Your intro was awful. If you don't care about it, why should I. You need to go back to the drawing board and do the following:
1. Identify your WHY. If you don't get your why, you burn out.
2. Identify your WHO. If you don't give them value, you'll never grow an audience.
3. Identify the WHAT. This is content that both entertains the WHO while moving them toward your WHAT.
4. Identify how you will measure success. There are more than downloads (sales, reach, influence, fun, and more). If you use the wrong metric, you might get discouraged.
5. if the goal is to make money QUICKLY and you have started with zero audience, know that it can take YEARS to build an audience big enough to make countable income.
It all starts with identifying your WHO and your WHY.
Avoid free media hosts. You get what you pay for.

Presented by Uninterrupted and ThreeFourTwo Productions, Mind The Game is an entry into the heralded basketball minds of LeBron James and JJ Redick. The two sit down weekly to discuss the state of the game, dissect X’s and O’s, and wax poetic about the game they love.

I loved that they started using DEEP Jargon right out of the gate. This lets me know who this is for. I liked that they took time to explain some of the deep jargon for those who are new to it.
The intro did not grab me. I was worried that the whole show would have bad audio. It was like walking into the middle of a movie.
I fast-forwarded it to 10 minutes into the show and never heard of LeBron James.

The intro does a good job of getting us acquainted with each person's voice and explains what the show is about.
The intro has a ton of hiss. I give you a pass cause it was 2020, but all the "Chit chat" at the beginning would've been better at the end. In the end, I'm not the target audience for this. I love Ashley's articles in The Verge.

Some really good advice given through personal stories
Your audio is boomy (are you using a Blue Yeti ???).
The first ad was very long, and when you followed it up with a second long at (that sounded like it was for the same product?), that was enough for me.
You really like the phrase, "You guys." I'm sitting in my room alone. I'm the only one here.

We got some feedback from Brad Shreve:
I hope you've been well. I'm dropping you an email because I rarely disagree with you, but I think you missed the mark on Shadow Clock Reviewed on the 2/14 episode of The Podcast Rodeo Show.
The kitchen garbage at the beginning floored me because I have no idea why anyone would leave that in, but once she got past that, she nailed it, IMO. She set it up well, teased me so I wanted to hear more, and his background was interesting to me because it all related to eventually becoming a bank robber. You were immediately frustrated when he was talking about fishing on the Mississippi whereas I knew right away it would lead to bootlegging. If I was wrong, it was short enough to give her the benefit of doubt (since it was my first time listening) that it would tie in somehow.
From that point up until where you ended it, I think only a few words were wasted because while I would find a story about bank robbing interesting, I'm more fascinated by how he got there. At least as long as it ties in. If he talked about fishing and it was just a story about fishing, then that would have me scratching my head. Unnecessary was her imagery of pelicans at Alcatraz. It may have been interesting as part of her take at the end, but it seemed odd, boring, and out of place where she had it.
There is one other thing where I think she failed - the title. I would never have stopped to listen because Shadow Clock Revisited doesn't jump out at me as to what I'm going to hear. What does that mean? Titles are tough.
Anyway, just my take. I'm launching a new show with a cohost for the first time, so I'll be reaching out soon.

You did a good job of establishing your credibility (maybe too much). You talked to one person.
You were reading (and it was obvious), your audio was somewhat boomy (A Blue Yeti?), and in general, it moved a bit too slow for me. I would add a "De-esser" as your audio might be a bit too clear.
You need to put your podcast on your website. If you are relying on people to search for you in Apple, that is a large mistake.
