- 14 minutes 27 secondsSweetest Joy...The Sweetest Joy
Bianca thought she had a family. A man she loved. A baby they created together. A future that might not have been perfect, but belonged to them.
Then she pulled up to his house at one in the morning.
One unfamiliar car. One woman’s voice.
Three years gone just like that. Heartbroken, embarrassed, and pissed the hell off, Bianca is supposed to do what everybody tells women to do after getting cheated on: cry, heal, focus on herself, and eventually move on.
Her best friend has a different prescription. And when Black’s friend Nick shows up to collect his things, Bianca discovers that getting over the wrong man might start with getting underneath the right one.
The Sweetest Joy is a messy, funny, unapologetically grown story about heartbreak, revenge, friendship, unexpected attraction, and what happens when the worst night of your relationship opens the door to something you never saw coming. Because sometimes revenge isn’t about getting even. Sometimes it’s about remembering you’re still wanted.

Jessica has spent her entire life living by one rule:
Never need anyone.
Independent. Unapologetic. Sexually confident. She has built a life where desire is easy, vulnerability is dangerous, and love is something that happens to other people. Every relationship has an expiration date, and she’s always the one who leaves first.
Then she meets Keith.
He’s patient where she’s guarded. Honest where she’s evasive. He doesn’t try to tame her, fix her, or compete with her. He sees the woman hiding behind the walls she’s spent years perfecting.
For the first time, walking away isn’t easy.
As Jessica’s carefully controlled world begins to unravel, every choice carries consequences. Friendships are tested. Loyalties shift. Old wounds refuse to stay buried. And the closer she gets to the life she’s always claimed she didn’t want, the more she risks losing the one thing she’s fought hardest to protect—herself.
Told through immersive performances, cinematic sound design, and emotionally charged storytelling, Baby Girl is a relationship drama about intimacy, trust, grief, forgiveness, and the terrifying possibility that real love requires becoming someone you’ve never allowed yourself to be.
Heartbreaking, seductive, funny, and deeply human, this is the story that introduced listeners around the world to Jessica and Keith—a love story that lingers long after the final chapter.

Welcome to Kayla’s world. Some people are born into families that teach them what love feels like. Others are born into families that teach them how to survive. Kayla learned survival. She became the dependable one. The one who fixed problems. The one who sacrificed. The one everyone called when life fell apart—but somehow never the one anyone protected.
Then Thanksgiving happened.
In one day, she discovers the man she’s loved for fifteen years has gotten her sister pregnant. Her family expects her to accept it. Her mother blames her. Every secret they've been keeping from her comes to light. And just when she decides she’s done trusting people…
Then a man named Deshaun quietly shows her something she’s never experienced before.Patience.Gentleness.A love that doesn’t ask her to earn it. Now Kayla has to answer the hardest question of her life: When you’ve spent your whole life surviving… can you recognize love when it finally finds you?

Kayla came home for Thanksgiving expecting food, family, and the same familiar man she had been dealing with since seventh grade. Instead, she walked into a betrayal involving her sister, Dominique, and a family that somehow expected her to absorb the damage quietly. That was their first mistake. Chapters one through three follow Kayla as Thanksgiving falls apart, old family wounds break open, and she decides she is done being everybody’s provider, protector, and emotional punching bag. Then Tiffany convinces her to leave the hotel, get dressed, and come to Red’s. That is where Deshaun enters the story. Calm. Fine. Observant. And looking at Kayla like he has been waiting for her to notice him.
Headphones are strongly recommended. This version was produced as an immersive listening experience, with character voices, environmental sound, movement, and detailed sound design placing you inside Kayla’s Thanksgiving from hell.
Content notice: Strong language, sexual references, family conflict, pregnancy, abortion discussion, and physical violence.
After listening, tell me: Was Kayla wrong for how she reacted—or did everybody finally push her too far? And more importantly…Who carries the most blame: Keyna, Dominique, or Kayla’s mother?
