In this episode we hear the full story of Cache Lynn's Colorado Elk hunt, that took place earlier this year. After 3 days of rough scouting in the rain, he was able to get a great bull opening day. We also hear Ty Bronson's 3rd season Colorado Mule deer story from his dad, Adam Bronson. Adam, Ty and some friends and family hunted out a tough, warm, 3rd season deer hunt and ended up with an incredible buck as the hunt wound down. Cache was able to harvest a great buck after hunting a few days on his own and Logan (hunting with his dad Paul) was able to stick it out a bit longer and wait for a buck he was happy with. In this episode, we welcome a special guest, Adam Bronson's son, Ty, who joins us to share the story of his British Columbia Stone sheep hunt from this past summer. Adam and Ty were dropped into a remote location with their guide, where they navigated a huge landscape and unpredictable weather, to hunt sheep.
In this episode we call Andrew Wankier and Chuck Lawrence, who hunted some of Utah's best limited entry units for Mule deer and elk last year. Andrew had one of the longest streaks of bad luck during his Mule deer hunt, but stayed positive and was able to make it happen on a 200" buck. Chuck hunted a long hard archery elk hunt, and after 22 days straight, was able to down a 380" giant.
