Then we shift to our main topic: Highguard and the reality of launching a free-to-play team shooter in a crowded space. We break down the big player-count drop, why 3v3 on oversized maps is rubbing people the wrong way, and whether games like this can still find a long-term audience (or if the first couple weeks decide everything).
