S2E4 - Andy is Back, Matt is Still Gone W/ guests Andy Reid and Mitch Haba

Former host of Fumblin' Around and University of Michigan lover Andy Reid joins Michigan State lover Mitch Haba as guests this week on Fumblin' Around Detroit Sports Podcast. This episode features mostly college football talk around Michigan and Michigan State. Will Michigan put it all together finally under Harbaugh? We know MSU has a top ranked defense from last season, but can that putrid offense from last year turn it around? It will need to if they want a chance at the Big Ten Title? We mention other Detroit teams, you know on how bad they all suck. Very fun episode!

Back to the Future Fantasy Baseball starts at 1 hour and 39 minutes into the recording. We are heading into the last week of the season and things are up for grabs more than ever. So many teams are vying for spots in the playoffs. Every seed is up for grabs this year including 1st overall for the regular season. Who will make it? Who will just miss out? Give it a listen to find out. Enjoy!

S2E3 - Hard Work Beats Talent w/ Caitlyn Shea

What an amazing episode, everyone should give this week's guest Caitlyn Shea a listen. Farm team member, hockey lover, former tom boy, and just all around bad ass Caitlyn joins Stiner and they discuss being not naturally talented at improvising instead both had to work hard and go through bombing (trying to be funny but ends up being cringy and hard to watch). Would you rather be naturally talented or have to work hard for something? Hey guess what Tigers and Lions still suck! Jay Z is joining the NFL and some our upset about Colin Kaepernick situation including Eric Reid of the NFL. Stiner is losing it guys and conspiracies run amuck.

Back to the Future Fantasy Baseball starts at 1 hour and 24 minutes in. The league finally has some drama the last couple weeks. Stiner calls out teams not even putting in starting lineups to compete. Things are close and tension is rising, give it a listen to catch up on your favorite fantasy baseball podcast.

S2E2 - Power and Money Corrupts

Look I try not to be a conspiracy theorist, I like real data. But somethings just don't add up. Tim Dockery on a previous episode told me about the conspiracy behind Chester of Linkin Park and his supposed suicide. Well the Epstein situation stinks of you know what. This might be the one thing left and right agree on, that he is a scum bag, but where we disagree is who might be connected with him. Another scandal Stiner talks about is the one of Biogenesis and Major League Baseball regarding steroids and HGH. Again if you think MLB top ranked officials didn't know what was going on, well you might be not be all there, bless your heart. Is Michigan overhyped again? Also talk about Lions beat down by the Patriots and the last place Tigers.

At 38 minute mark I go into Back to the Future Fantasy Baseball. The regular season is ending. Stiner has his trade vetoed at the deadline, almost made it with minimal drama. Enjoy!

    S2E1 - First Impressions
Stand up comedian and improviser Ellen Stachowicz joins Stiner on Fumblin' Around this week. Ellen and Tom tell each other how they first go to know of each other, and it really couldn't be two different scenarios. The episode is a lot of fun, but also gets real. Ellen gives Stiner some personal experience of being a woman in comedy. There are inequalities and harassment everywhere including in the local comedy community. Issues like this need to be discussed and worked on to make sure all are feeling safe and included. We cannot be losing people in the community to harassment, we must listen to each other and try to understand. Thank you Ellen so much for coming on and being vulnerable. Also for listening to me rant on how bad Al Avila and the Tigers are along with the other noncompetitive sports teams in Detroit.
