    Leaders who multiply others
To improve on our leadership skills“learn, unlearn, and relearn.” We have choice of friends but not choice of leaders Are you a leader who makes everyone around you better or the leader who sucks the energy out of others. Are you leading as a diminisher or you are leading as an amplifier. Some leaders kill other people’s genius. Some build it or even bring it out Some leaders train intelligence and capability out of the people around them Their focus is on their own intelligence and how good they are. They turn meetings into monologue where others are afraid to contribute for fear of being diminished. They create a vortex that sucks the energy out. As soon as they work into a place, the intelligence and IQ drops in that room. They kill other people’s ideas and cut into other people’s conversation. There is only a one way intelligence and conversation from them to others. Light bulb goes off when they enter into a room. There are also leaders who magnify others. Their intelligence is used as a tool to build others not a weapon to destroy others. People get smarter just by being around them They are encouraged to share their ideas To GROW yourself and your leadership join Abiola Saba mentorship program. Leadership and boundaries
We have been taught to be nice, that makes it hard to set boundaries. It is important to TEACH PEOPLE HOW TO TREAT YOU JUST SAY NO. Unless you communicate your boundaries. No one else is going to do it for me WE ARE RESPONSIBLE TO OTHERS AND FOR OURSELVES Boundaries are invisible property lines. Anger is a sign of boundaries being overstepped. Know yourself. Communicate your boundaries. Set boundaries that build. To GROW yourself and your leadership join Abiola Saba mentorship program. Connection a must for Success
"Become friends with people who aren’t your age. Hang out with people whose first language isn’t the same as yours. Get to know someone who doesn’t come from your social class. This is how you see the world. This is how you grow"

Service to others and not passion
The purpose of my life is my 2nd book. I poured my heart into this book. For many years, I have followed and applied teachings that says follow your passion and you will never work a day in your life. This is especially common during commencement speeches and on social media. I have seen many workshops turn your passion into profit. So many college graduates run with it but years down the road, they are still chasing passion with not effective result. I was one of those chasing passion too. My passion is to help and add value to lives. I have been doing that and building a business on it. I have been passionately mentoring, inspiring and motivating others. I did it with no boundaries. Poured out so much of the passion and even decided to write my second book on the purpose of my live.
