    Dr. Roxann Brooks-Motroni is the keynote speaker at the commencement ceremony of the UC Davis School of Veterinary Medicine.  Dr. Motroni received her DVM and her PhD from UC Davis 10 years ago.  She now works for the USDA as a senior program leader overseeing a budget of over 80M$ in animal health research.  Some areas of expertise that she works with includes microbiology, vaccines, bio-security, and overall animal health.
