I have an update for you. I am changing the way I am hosting Yoga Sesh and I am going to bring new content to the podcast! Please be patient, it may take a little while for me to move through this transition. THE BIG THING YOU NEED TO KNOW IS THAT THE PRIMARY WAY TO LISTEN TO YOGA SESH MOVING FORWARD WILL BE ON SPOTIFY. I am not sure if it's going to exist on other platforms and I hope we don't lose each other! RIGHT NOW, FOLLOW YOGA SESH PODCAST ON SPOTIFY. You will see the usual content there and hopefully it will remain available as long as I don't have a tech glitch. If you want to reach out to me go to CAITLINROSEKENNEY.COM and send me a message from the contact page. You can also find more offerings and content on my website. I am so grateful that you practice with me and I love the comments you've shared with me over the years. I hope to continue offering Yoga classes in this format, it's my favorite way to practice when I am traveling or don't have time to commute to a Yoga studio. Sending love to you during this time of transition, Caitlin Rose.
