A weekly 'Game of Thrones' recap show, from a critical, yet uninformed, book-reader perspective. Are there too many 'Game of Thrones' recap podcasts out there already? You bet. So why start one now? Well, the show has now fully outpaced the books and we predict a steady decline in quality due to lack of source material. We also believe there is no avoiding major plot spoilers even if one chooses to refrain from watching the show. It is such a pop-culture behemoth that great secrets will be ruined by your grandmother or obnoxious coworkers. So to help you cope, we started "Ashamed of Thrones.' So, commiserate with Doug and Brian every week as they trudge through every episode.
The season 2 finale was disappointing to say the least. Maybe the early success of season 1 gave the show runners a big head.
The boys limp their way through a couple of unremarkable episodes, save for the dragon riding tryouts.
Some episodes have dragons, some are just place setting for a future pay off. Let’s hope Daemon’s hand falls off.
Dragon fight each other. It was pretty great.
Sorry we are a day(many) late and a dollar short, be we're back to brief and ignorant talk about the first two episodes of House of The Dragon, Season 2.
Welp, this is it. Season one of House of The Dragon comes to an end. This show is better than it had any right to be, but the boys still have a few gripes about the final entry.
Brian thinks this is a 'whacky' episode. Doug thinks it is a 'crappy' episode. Either way, we're in for a good time talkin Episode 9, 'The Green Party.'
Kid fight! Things have gotten a little out of hand between The Princess and The Queen and battle lines have been drawn.
We do The Time Warp yet again. New actors everywhere and we say goodbye to some old friends.
Sir Criston Cole’s been a bad, bad boy and we all have to clean up his mess.
