Alex James has spent the last 12 years helping B2B service businesses across the globe become experts at conveying their expertise. He believes the go-to strategies of the 2010s, like niching down, solving problems and sharing ideas are no longer enough. Because in a post-AI world (where output is cheap & everyone's a specialist) you can't just share ideas - you need to own one. You need a perspective. His cut-to-the-bone approach has earned him 120,000 TikTok followers (despite posting no more than 3 times per month), and 10,000 LinkedIn followers from just 40 posts total - proving that a sharp perspective lets you say less, but matter more.
