Sort of.
With COVID19 doing its thing around the world, A+I use their bi-weekly stroll for coffee (exercise) to talk about the pandemic, comfort in Youtube coffee and Scifi, and potentially filling a Succession-sized hole.

Is Nostalgia good or bad? Has it become too powerful? Why are we obsessed with what was? When is a remake a worthy remake? Annabel mostly asks questions that neither Ian nor Annabel can answer. One thing we can agree on, Nostalgia has some serious Perception Issues.

What are they trying to say?
Ian and Annabel rant-lite about people losing the ability to speak like normal human beings when they enter the workplace. Bloated emails, I.M etiquette, acrid acronyms and baffling buzzwords. You get the picture.

Is it a sauce? Is it a dressing? No! It's salad frosting. Annabel and Ian discover Kraft's latest big idea, discuss the perils of lying to your children + debate what's worse: lying or not eating veggies?

How can you get anything done when life is sat on your chest like a yokozuna? Maybe a little bit at a time. AB and Ian have a quick chat about no more zero days, how incremental nudges might be the way forward if you know where you're trying to get to.

Annabel and Ian return in record time to have a downbeat conversation about football (not soccer). They remember what football once was, how following a team from the other side of the world affects how you support it and what the World Cup will become with a seasonal change and more teams.
Then they talk about the quality entertainment recently digested, including the Rock’s relationship with an albino gorilla, Wes Anderson’s latest, dance music you can’t dance to that isn't dance music, and a show about metal detectors that has them pining for the British countryside.

Annabel and Ian get back on the podhorse, this time after a slightly shorter hiatus to talk about then and now. More specifically how revisiting films, books and music can lead to new findings, feelings or even disappointment.
They then attempt to cover approx 6 months of media consumption, including a near three-hour film they actually watched in one sitting, why Annabel is back on physical books and Ian's pick for a future film score Oscar winner.

Ian and Annabel return from a lengthy hiatus and reveal why they'll never see things the same way again (spoiler: parenthood). But, they refuse to become cliché baby-babblers and vow to fight the all too easy slide into exhaustion-fuelled blandness. Here is where pre and post-baby collide.
Annabel is half asleep but ups her hoverboard game and Ian "lurches along in a kind of swaggery way, but then, is quite melancholy as well".

Hello, and well done, you’ve found episode two, in which Annabel and Ian weigh up the verbal and the visual; should you read the book before watching the film or is vice-versa a better bet? Does it even really matter!?

They then chew over a few the things that have come their way recently including a cheery gangsta flick, Gerrard Butler once again getting shouty in front of a green screen, Aziz Ansari just getting it and they ask; is the Mockingjay A-OK?
