Hold onto your headphones because this week on The Chris Moyles Show was absolute chaos in the best possible way. And luckily for you, the podcast is back with all the best bits — because it was THAT good and we know you’re desperate to hear it all again (or if you missed it in the first place then congratulations - your FOMO ends here!)
Expect more silly games, a truly unforgettable birthday song for Exec Producer Aaron, Chris and Dom still want to be best mates with Nothing But Thieves and if you’ve heard us talk about Captain’s old school band Hott Property… well we have a new version of their weirdly catchy track, like you’ve never heard it before!
As well as all that fun Danny McNamara, lead singer of Embrace, joined us in the studio to chat about the exciting year ahead as the band celebrate their 30th anniversary. New album? Yep. Live tour? You know it! And music that might just be some of their best yet!
After making history, Wumni Mosaku and Delroy Lindo came in to chat about Sinners, breaking the record with 16 Oscar nominations! But, the real question is was Delroy more excited about the sound of his voice on the radio than the actual nominations?
TV royalty Ben Shephard also came in to say hello! Chatting about his brand new reality TV series The Summit, and taking a trip down memory lane with Chris, back to their Kilimanjaro climb, 17 years ago.
And we’re still not done…
Enjoy!

Guess what… The Chris Moyles Show podcast is back - and somehow, it's even sillier than ever! Palladium fever is VERY much in the air, we receive a letter from THE Alison of The Beautiful South (yes, who knew she was a Chris Moyles Show listener), and the long-awaited, much-discussed, slightly over-hyped WhatsApp Jingle FINALLY makes its grand debut. Dreams really do come true!
Comedy legend and friend of the show, John Bishop joins the gang to chat about his brand-new feature film Is This Thing On? , which includes celebrity royalty... Bradley Cooper's dogs! And Chris obviously brings out his un-believable John Bishop impression (but we can't say John was best pleased about that…)
Andi Peters joined us to play a quick game of 'Guess Where I Am In The World', but really, it was just an excuse to show off his sunny location and make us (and the listeners) painfully jealous. At least we've got our brand new Whatsapp jingle though!
Meanwhile, we can see our pals over at Capital again, which naturally results in Chris snooping around the renovations and trying to challenge them to a football match. Reverse Words makes a triumphant return, and Chris Moyles Show history is made with what might be the longest feature ever from our new Executive Producer Aaron, he came up with a kazoo based game for us to play!
And obviously, that’s not it…
Enjoy!

Welcome to The Chris Moyles show on Radio X podcast, where professionalism goes completely out of the window. Whether you’re listening in London, Tokyo, or the Seychelles, these are the very best bits from another gloriously chaotic week!
Forget Batman — this week it’s all about Cat Man. Host of a new show Cat Man, David Baddiel popped into the studio to talk paddleboarding with cats (as you do), meeting the legendary Larry from Downing Street, and kitten yoga.
Tim Vine surprised Dom, ahead of the long-awaited London Palladium show, delivering advice and a barrage of his finest jokes — many of which Chris and Dom will absolutely, definitely, 100% not be stealing for future use!
The usual madness resumes from Chris trying to convince the team that giving away a monkey on air is a great idea, to ordering Greggs for Emma Bunton’s birthday, and many some stupid-as-ever Chris Moyles Show games — including Celebrity Two Word Tango and The Name Game.
And believe it or not there’s even more, aren't you lucky!
Enjoy!

The Chris Moyles Show podcast is back once again and is officially the cure for those pesky January blues! Well, perhaps not, but it’s still pretty good…
Expect a deep dive into Captain’s teenage years as we discover that he was a drummer in a high school band called Hott Property, and we spend the week uncovering actual tracks they recorded. For possibly the first time in broadcasting history (and perhaps the last), we play them live on air!
It’s the usual chaos when we speak to Shaun Ryder, and this time he's joined with Bez, as they were here to chat about Happy Mondays and their upcoming tour. Reminiscing on the early days of the band and revealing the story behind that famous track ‘Step On’. Mad fer it!
Horror movie fan? Brace yourself! Jack O’Connell joined us in the studio to chat about the terrifying new film ‘28 Years Later: The Bone Temple’. He chats Oasis, being friends with Paul Weller and he enjoys his own impression of Chris’s Leeds accent.
Also, we introduce newest teams members Polly and Aaron/Alan to a classic game of this parish, Reverse Words. Watch out for a new catchphrase! Plus, we uncover the wrong lyrics you’ve been hearing in Misheard Songs, and your beautiful honesty in Stupid Amnesty!
Other delights from this week include…

Happy New Year from The Chris Moyles show…we’re back for 2026, hope you didn’t miss us too much!
It’s been a very busy first week back, with five incredible guests AND we welcomed our brand new Executive Producer Alan… sorry, Aaron!
World-leading hypnotist, broadcaster and author Paul McKenna was in to chat about revamping his book ‘Change your life in 7 days’ and reminisced about the time he convinced Chris’ mate that the number 7 didn’t exist! Totally normal behaviour, obviously.
Mystic legend and friend of the show Clinton Baptiste was back to share his wild and wacky predictions for 2026. The good news? The team survives the year. Probably.
Jake Humphrey also popped in to talk about his latest book ‘Micro Habits: Tiny Changes That Supercharge High Performance’, filling the studio with positivity and motivation for the new year.
Boxing legend Prince Naseem Hamed flew into the studio on a flying carpet like the good old days…. Okay maybe not quite, but we wish he had! He joined Chris and the team to chat about new Boxing biopic ‘Giant’, and that time he knocked his opponent out in just 17 seconds.
And if pop culture is your thing, Josh Widdicombe joined us to talk about his brand-new podcast — notably hosted without Rob Beckett. We’re still checking he’s allowed to do that.
What a busy week! But it doesn’t stop there…

This week was JAM-PACKED with our usual shocks, surprises and silliness as we wave goodbye to the Jam Boy, James Robinson, in his final week on the show. From a surprise visit from Anthea Turner, to abandoning him in the studio and one last appearance from McWobinson!
We even had a few guest appearances too… Fred Sirieix came to see us, chatting about the brand new series of First Dates Beach Club.
Rob Beckett also swung by the Radio X studio as Rob VS Romesh is back for series eight and Rob Beckett joined us in the studio to tell us all about it! Including all the truly bizarre, slightly painful, and questionably legal things they’ve put themselves through for TV.
Plus, because we love to overdeliver…

Norman Cook, aka Fatboy Slim, joined us on Zoom with huge news that The Rolling Stones have finally cleared Satisfaction Skank for release, after nearly 30 years!! He also confessed to sometimes abandoning the decks mid-gig to dive into the crowd!
And finally, Jimmy Carr came in to chat about his brand new film, drop some wisdom about live comedy and of course, unleash that famous laugh of his.
And we’re really spoiling you this week because there’s MORE….!

Ho ho ho… welcome to The Chris Moyles Show podcast!
We kicked off the week launching Christmas, including our festive jingles, putting the tree up in the studio and (eventually) switching on our Christmas lights! We cracked open a variety of interesting advent calendars… including a daily toast delivery for James.
Chesney Hawkes was our first guest this week, who gave us the revelation that he wants to be in Radiohead rather than just being the one and only Chesney Hawkes!
Comedy legend John Cleese came in and proved that laughter is the best medicine! However, he mostly came in to chat about Fawlty Towers: The Play, which has embarked on an 11 month tour and the success of his Fawlty Towers book!
We rounded off the week chatting to Judi Love about her upcoming live tour, and playing fart noises to her to try and make her laugh. You know, the usual Chris Moyles Show antics!

For fans of Ruby Nope, Walter Kronkeye and absolute chaos… welcome to The Chris Moyles Show podcast!

You’re used to seeing him on your TV screens but James Buckley is venturing out… he joined us in the Radio X studio to chat about his upcoming tour with wife Clair, spanning 13 dates across spring next year! Plus, we ask the all important question… will The Inbetweeners ever return?
Do you love Greggs? Well, Kiefer Sutherland certainly does, he shares how he brought a Greggs van to the set of his brand new Christmas comedy movie Tinsel Town! And reveals the story of his fight scene with Danny Dyer!

Music royalty, Giles Martin was our first special guest this week, discussing the highly anticipated Beatles Anthology 4! He also shed light on the secret process behind how The Beatles preserved their musical magic.
Catherine Tate also joined us in the Radio X studio, getting us in the Christmassy feels ahead of the opening night of the Sleeping Beauty panto at the London Palladium. After being an avid panto fan for many years she shared her excitement about being involved in the glitz and glam of panto, even if she is playing a villain!
We had a mystery guest in for our feature, Who Are You….known for his work on television, on shows involving cars and stunts, can you guess who it is? Listen to find out!
And if that’s not enough, we answer these questions...
