Have you ever won big on Premium Bonds?
Welcome back to The Chris Moyles Show on Radio X Podcast. This week we discovered that someone on the show is the voice of an advert…
We had the one and only Chesney Hawkes in the studio this week ahead of his comeback to music, and he could neither confirm or deny whether he is or isn’t doing Celebrity Big Brother, but he did confirm his love for Nik Kershaw.
We let your impulsive thoughts win when we played out more of your WhatsApp messages. We love hearing your voices in the studio but some are better than others, pass it on…
And finally, 20 Seconds To £20k returned, and the aim of the game is the name of the game, all you have to do is name the track in 20 seconds. Some find it harder than others, so prepare to shout at the radio, or if you’re Johnny Vaughan, prepare to shout on the radio…
It’s been a hell of a week so listen out for these devils:
Enjoy!

We kicked off the week with Bastille’s frontman Dan, who is doing the lord’s work by trying to stop ticket touts, and still loves Leeds even though they’re not doing a show there on the tour...
Our very own Johnny Vaughan stopped by, god that studio has some memories, to tell us about the origin of his new podcast ‘Bloomin’ Legends, and the origin of his infamous bag of shirts! Then we were the first ones laughing when comedian Lou Sanders joined us in the studio. She was worth the wait considering she gave us the low down on her ideal thrupple dynamic…
We were very glad to be conscious of our work day when Adam Scott and Dichen Lachman from Serervance came by, NO SPOILERS, but Adam Scott learnt all about Dichen’s early career on Neighbours, and we learnt how Adam prepares for all the running scenes in Severance.
It’s been a cracking week, and these yolks are great too:

We laughed our way through the week with 3, yes 3, comedians on the show. Joe Wilkinson joined us to tell us what he gets up to when his wife’s away- 2 words: Co-op tapas. Ellie Taylor also graced the studio during the rush hour of her life to give us egg chat. AND Nick Mohammed was back, he doesn’t like eggs and he, nor Mr Swallow, knows anything about the fourth season of Ted Lasso…
We also had actual real life British astronaut Tim Peake on to talk us through the NASA crew who were stuck in space, and of course to answer our space toilet questions. Then we scored high with Jamie Redknap, who hits more golf balls than footballs nowadays, but talked us through his journey from football to pundit to A League of Their Own!

We continued the laughs with Matt Lucas and David Walliams, where David revealed (without actually saying) what Liam Gallagher calls him! Jason Flemyng also came by to promote his new film My Fault: London, where he plays yet another wrongun.
That’s not one, not two, but three comedians this week, as we had a visit from Richard Herring, who came in to chat about his extended tour ‘Can I Have My Ball Back?’ and all the little things in life that you have to laugh at… like Siemens…
