Toby Tarrant sits in with Dom and guest producer Pippa! #561

Fee fi fo fumb, we smell another giant sized helping of nonsense.

Welcome to episode 561 of The Chris Moyles Show Podcast, with Toby Tarrant filling in while Chris and the team are on holiday.

Toby was joined by Dom and special guest producer Pippa and if crime-fighting duos are your thing, look no further. Pastel and Acne, the newest and possibly most questionable detective double act on the airwaves, star in a brand-new instalment of their thrilling crime-fighting series.

Netflix, if you’re listening, we may have a fabulous new pilot for you to snap up…

There were also a few instalments of Toby News plus the return of Crapticks!

And that’s not all. Toby set himself a mission: to get a signed photo of himself displayed in businesses around the world, just like the celebrity headshots you used to spot in the windows of your local takeaway. Did anyone want Toby’s face in their window? You’ll have to listen to find out.

    Thanks for listening!

We were joined by Kelly Macdonald and Kyle Chandler to chat about the new Lanterns series, while Nick Helm stopped by to talk about his new album, 'Down N Dirty'. Jesus Steve also joined us in the studio to perform some miracles… obviously.

Dom also ventured out into Leicester Square, and we unveiled not one but two brand-new games for you! What were they? Well you'll have to tune in to find out?

    Thank you for listening!

It’s another jam packed episode, and we’ve got some brilliant guests, some big surprises and as always, plenty of tom foolery and nonsense for you to enjoy!

Scary, scary Clair Buckley was also in the studio to tell us all about her brand-new podcast, Pretty Scary with Clair Buckley.

Plus, John Power from Cast joined us for a proper catch-up. We chatted all about the Oasis tour, his new music, songwriting and plenty more from his incredible career in music.

Dear wonderful listeners, thank you for tuning in to Episode 558 of The Chris Moyles Show Podcast.

This week, we were joined by the magnificently talented Marc Almond from the iconic Soft Cell. He told us about the recording process behind that song - yes, that song, you know the one! Tainted Love, of course! We also chatted new music and plenty more from his brilliant career.

We also had Postman Dom reading your letters, while Polly filled us in on her latest venture: house-sitting a friend’s flat. Although, something fishy seems to be going on…

    You’ll also find:

    - Ask Us Anything

    - ‘All Star’ (Polly’s Version)

    - Jeff Brazier’s prank on Toby

Your loose claims to fame, WhatsApp messages and Andi Peters #557

Good morning, good evening and good afternoon to you, whatever time you’re listening to this podcast!

If you didn’t catch every single second of the chaos, don’t worry we’ve wrapped up the very best bits into one handy little podcast.

This is Episode 557, and we’d like to say a big thank you to you lovely lot for listening.

This week, we sang a huge happy birthday to the mighty Andi Peters. Naturally, the team couldn’t just let him have a nice, normal birthday, so they made sure there was a prank involved too.

We also played Aaron Alan’s The There Game, a game that’s different, but somehow very much the same as his The The Game.

Aaron once bought a house from Roy Walkers daughter, interesting right? Well we also got to hear your loose and slightly terrible celebrity claims to fame.

    Elsewhere, we got stuck into:

    Misheard song lyrics

    Who are Bros?

    Whatsapp messages

    Thanks for listening!

This week, the team were joined by the brilliant Johnny Vegas who stopped by to reveal a few secrets of the antiques world ahead of the second series of his show Johnny Vegas's Little Shop of Antiques.

Shaun Williamson was also here, chatting all things BARRIOKE, the farewell tour, and bringing the energy only Barry from EastEnders can bring.

Elsewhere, we said goodbye to Polly’s Soccer Sweepstake in its final edition, Aaron Alan treated us to a brand-new game: The The Game, and Dom the postman opened some of your letters in this week’s Dom’s Letters.

And that’s only the start of it!

Tom Kerridge was also in the house, cooking up a storm and bringing plenty to the table.

And it was a very special week for Johnny Vaughn, as the team celebrated his birthday! Johnny stopped by for a chat and brought all the charm, laughs and wonderfully chaotic energy you’d expect.

Blossoms, George Fouracres and Dick and Dom #554

Clear your schedule and prepare your ears, for The Chris Moyles Show Guestival!

With Dominic Byrne enjoying week two of his holiday, the legendary Dom hot seat remained open for a parade of top-tier guests, unexpected moments, and the usual breakfast nonsense.

We kicked things off on Monday with the ever-brilliant Blossoms, who brought all the charm, tunes and coolness you’d expect and probably made the rest of us look wildly underdressed in the process.

Then on Wednesday, comedian and SNL UK star George Fouracres joined the gang, delivering big laughs, sharp stories, and the kind of energy that made it feel like the show had accidentally booked someone far more professional than us.

And then came Thursday… and, well… BOGIES!

Yes, the bonkers Dick and Dom stormed into the studio and turned the whole place into absolute mayhem. It was loud, chaotic, nostalgic, and very nearly a health and safety incident.

As if that wasn’t enough, we also had The Dombola, because obviously no Chris Moyles Show week would be complete without a glorious wheel-based feature.

Oh, and who knew this lot could bake? In a very unexpected turn of events, the team got their aprons on and served up homemade cheesecake for Nick Ferrari, who joined us to cast his expert eye (and tastebuds) over the results in our very own breakfast show Bake Off.

So, if you like your radio with a side of anarchy, cheesecake, and guests galore, this is the podcast for you.

Seann Walsh, Arvid Lindblad, Zak Brown, Maisie Adam, Ross Noble, Shed Seven and Al Murray #553

Roll up, roll up and welcome to The Chris Moyles Show Guestival!

With Dominic Byrne off on holiday this week, we threw open the studio doors and invited a spectacular selection of guests to slide gracefully, or not so gracefully, into the famous Dom hot seat.

From Monday through to Friday, this podcast is packed with big laughs, great stories and some very special visitors.

We kicked things off on Monday with the hilariously charming Seann Walsh.

Neeeeom beep beep! Tuesday, it was all systems go with a blockbuster F1 line-up. Rising racing star Arvid Lindblad joined us ahead of his Silverstone weekend, and we were also treated to a visit from McLaren CEO Zak Brown, who gave us the inside track on all the action still to come.

Wednesday took a turn down the HA! HA! HA! Highway, with the wonderfully funny Maisie Adams along for the ride. Clinton Baptiste, clairvoyant, mystic, and all-round teller of things that may or may not happen, joined us to share his predictions ahead of England’s big game.

Thursday turned things up another notch as the one and only Ross Noble joined us, bringing his gloriously bonkers brain, brilliantly bizarre stories and exactly the sort of unpredictable energy you’d hope for. As if that wasn’t enough, indie legends Shed Seven were also in the house with a fabulous live session!

Then on Friday, we wrapped up Guestival in suitably magnificent style with Al Murray. The Pub Landlord himself rolled in with plenty to say, plenty of opinions, and absolutely no danger of keeping things sensible. A huge way to round off a massive week of guests, gags and very questionable behaviour.

    Thank you for listening xx

Dave Grohl, Harry Shearer, Linda Perry and Alex James #552

Here ye, here ye! A brand new episode of The Chris Moyles Show podcast has landed.

This week, we had a bounty of brilliant guests join us on the show, plus plenty of chat with bona fide rock ’n’ roll royalty on Radio X.

And I say hey-ey-ey, hey-ey-ey... I said hey, a-what’s going on? We welcomed none other than Linda Perry! Yes, one of the 4 Non Blondes themselves to the show.

Spinal Tap icon Harry Shearer also joined the show, bringing with him a touch of rock mockumentary greatness.

And Alex James from Blur stopped by for a chat as well. These days, when he’s not being a Britpop legend, he’s making cheese and putting on his brilliant food and music festival, Feastival because apparently being cool in one industry simply isn’t cool enough.

Plus, it’s times like these, time and time again, and this time we’ve got Chris catching up with Dave Grohl ahead of his humungous shows at Anfield in Liverpool. The team also shared a few beers, so naturally we get to hear all about their drunken antics.

    Aaaand... the Pubcast is back!

Hurrah! Head to RadioX.co.uk to find out how to download it.

Throw in the usual laughs, chaos and nonsense, and you’ve got yourself another cracking episode.

    Thanks for listening!

Toby Tarrant sits in with Johnny Knoxville, Chris Pontius, Jenny Eclair and Nina Conti #551

Well, well, well would you look at that? Another week, another 7 days around the sun, and another 17.5 hours of The Chris Moyles Show.

If you didn’t manage to catch all 1,050 minutes of the madness, don’t worry, we’ve wrapped up all the best bits into a 4260 second podcast for you.

Chris was away this week, so we drafted in the next best Tarrant in radio to hold the fort, and of course, we had a big surprise lined up for him too.

Toby was in for a treat when he came face to face with his childhood heroes, Johnny Knoxville and Chris Pontius from Jackass!

Jenny Eclair also graced the studio this week to talk about her art and also gave us the gossip on how she was once fired from working at LBC.

Elsewhere, Dieta the dog was on hand to predict what Dom should wear to work, because apparently that’s a perfectly normal way to make fashion decisions.

And if that’s not enough for you, brilliant comedian, ventriloquist and all-round legend Nina Conti joined us too.

Plus, there’s plenty more nonsense, laughs and unexpected moments sprinkled in for good measure
