Three average UK marathon runners talking everything running.
Big show coming your way with news from marathons in Manchester, Rotterdam and Boston. There's some domestic action to catch up on too, including Shane's performance in the Lincoln 10k.
This week we are joined by 2:14 marathon man, Ross Braden as he builds in to Copenhagen marathon. He gives us plenty of insights into his training weeks and his hot tip for London marathon this weekend.
Enjoy

Episode 120 is here.
We’re just about back for another week, but thanks to a scheduling issue (which was me watching Ipswich on Easter Monday), we’re a little late in bringing this one to you.
As publicised last week we have a big return on the podcast this week. The man that everyone has been waiting to hear from is back to answer some questions, such as what's the yield of his pear tree been like this year...
Hi everyone, we're back again, and this time we're bigger, stronger and more enthusiastic than ever (well maybe 1/3 of those).
The gang is nearly all back and reunited, but Josh can only give us a quick 10 min catchup, so we thought we'd loan in Run it Three Ways podcast hope and GB international athlete, Callum Elson to hold the fort and provide some quality to the show.
For those wanting the return of Clowesy, well you'll have to wait until next week, but the juggernaut will be back on to give us his life updates.
So for now, enjoy us quizzing Callum on his meteoric rise in the sport and his social media presence. Enjoy Shane talking us through his quest to get back to 1500m running, and also enjoy Aaron's plans for becoming a full time athlete when baby number 2 arrives in May.
Thanks for listening and sticking with us.
Much love,

A week which promised so much, but delivered very little.
Aaron joined Shane as a DNS for Malaga marathon, after a virus knocked him out of action.
Josh went to Telford to race the 10k and stretch the legs, but in the end couldn't move out of marathon gear.
Here's to a better 2024...
