    Addiction & T100 review with Tim Heming
    A massive show today with thoughts from elite triathlete Sam Wordley regarding the T100 series race in Singapore. 

    We have a race report from Harriet Henderson who particiapted in the Portocolom 111km triathlon event in Mallorca, Spain. 

    Mark catches up with Tim Heming to quickly discuss the race from Sigapore and wether things are improviing? Is it really an event that is attracting a world class field? If so why are wild cards doing so well?

    Caroline Livesey is the co-host today with Mark. In this episode they discuss what it's like to ride the longest payed cycle road in the world. The Alto el Sifon

    93km, 4150m altitude at highest summit, 3520m gained.

    80km, 3690m altitude at the summit, 3220m gained in the ride.

    The Winter Spine with Lucy Gossage
    Mark catches up with friend Lucy Gossage who decided she'd like to have a stab at the Winter Spine Race.

    The Winter spine race is a brutal 268 miles following the beautiful Penneine Way. It's already regarded as the most difficult endurance running events in the UK.

    In today’s s episode Lucy Gossage starts the show with a short message describing her reasons for entering the winter Spine race. The race is 268 miles of non stop running adventure along the Pennine way.

    Something a little different to start 2024. Mark catches up with Mr Daniel Slosberg who has done some extensive reserch into the integrity and legitimacy regarding Diana Nyad's swim from Cuba to the USA. Netfix recently released a film documenting this world record achievemnt.

    Event organiser Mr John Lunt (Legend)
    A packed show today with special guest Mr John Lunt who was the founder of the Human Race events (plus a whole lot more). Due to John being shit hot at what he does, and for having supreme attention to detail he was asked to oversee the Olympic Games Triathlon back at Lonodon - 2012. A true legend of the sport. Mark and John discuss the old days of triathlon and what the future possibly holds.

    You'll also hear two great race reports from this years Patagonam extreme triathlon. One from Laura Siddal (female winner 2023), and Ian Hastings who only took up triathlon just over one year ago. Well worth a listen if you fancy this event.
