Welcome to OHMpod - Online Healing Meditations Podcast. I'm Meegan Care your meditation guide, Craniosacral Therapist and Mindfulness Meditation teacher. These guided meditations are here to help you with your health, well-being and spiritual evolution. The meditations are designed to be done in a sitting upright relaxed posture with your eyes closed if you're willing.
