When you're a note broker, it's pretty safe to assume you have very little to no capital to buy your own portfolio of loans. Even if you did, there's absolutely no harm in learning the business by making some commissions on the side.
I tackle one of the biggest issues with brokering loans: getting the correct funding and making sure it doesn't dry up!

The most important part of picking a profit strategy for your business is not your business model. It's not the kind of notes you'll work with. It's not even what price range you want to play in.
The biggest factor that determines whether or not your business will make money is: how well you know yourself.
Once you've mastered that, the next step to get out of the "80% Rut" is to create automated systems that generate leads, close sales and streamline processes.
