    RadioGrafia è la radio dell’Istituto Salesiano San Marco fatta dai ragazzi per i ragazzi. Un progetto nato con lo scopo di dare voce ai talenti che troppo spesso rimangono in sordina: modo tutto nuovo e originale per coinvolgere i nostri allievi e renderli protagonisti della scuola in cui vivono.   • Revealing® Criminology

    The narrated text of Revealing® Criminology, by Maureen Outlaw, Ph.D. Revealing® Criminology includes twelve modules (corresponding to textbook chapters) that cover the basics of modern Criminology. The first three modules discuss the definition and popular understanding (social construction) of crime, the measurement of crime, and key trends and patterns in crime in the United States. The fourth through seventh modules critique the major criminological theories, from the classical school and trait theories to social structure and social process theories and critical criminology. Each of the next four modules covers a major type of crime: violent crime, property crime, public order and organized crime, and white-collar and corporate crime. The final module examines the harm caused by different kinds of crime, as well as how society responds to crime. The text is written to make the material accessible without oversimplifying.   • Etudes juridiques comparatives et internationalisation du droit

    L’internationalisation du droit, thème central de la chaire d’études juridiques, n’est pas une catégorie comme le droit interne ou le droit international, mais un mouvement qui les transforment l’un et l’autre, l’un par l’autre, en créant une tension entre le relatif et l’universel. Devant l’échec de l’universalisme, qu’il s’agisse du marché, des droits de l’homme, de l’environnement ou du droit pénal, la tentation est de revenir à la conception traditionnelle du droit identifié à l’État. Mais face à la globalisation des flux (flux financiers et flux d’information), des risques (écologiques, sanitaires ou biotechnologiques) et des crimes (de la corruption au terrorisme), la réponse ne peut se limiter au droit national. D’où la recherche des conditions d’une internationalisation pluraliste qui ne renonce pas à la diversité des systèmes mais apprend à les ordonner autour de principes communs.

    UCLE podcast 2006-2009 UCLE09 - om situeret læring i virtuelle og fysiske læringsmiljøer UCLE09 forsøger - med begrebet situeret læring som løftestang - at udvide forestillingen om virtuelle og fysiske læringsmiljøer. For det handler uden tvivl om meget mere end blot on- og off campus aktiviteter i hhv. en virtuel og en fysisk verden. Omdrejningspunktet i situeret læring er netop at læreprocesser er langt mere kontekst - og praksisafhængige end vi måske går og forestiller os. Det er godt at vide inden vi stirrer os helt blinde på 'dumme' teknologiske løsninger eller tidens snævre funktionalistisk uddannelsessyn. Det handler om at stimulere etablering af 'fællesskaber' hvor vidensproduktion og læreprocesser genereres gennem deltagelse og engagement. Det handler også om at flytte læreprocessen ud af en ren teoretisk sammenhæng og knytte an til virkeligheden. Situeret læring springer af dels en kritik af konstruktivistisk tænkning og dels en kritik af moderne informationsteknologi. Mås
